Birth information

The information you provide to me in your intake form is confidential.

If you do not know the time you were born, I suggest contacting the Department of Vital Records, the Bureau of Vital Records, or the hospital you were born in for a copy of your birth certificate. If you were born outside of the U.S., your local Department of Vital Records may be able to assist you. There may be a small fee from these agencies for this information.

rescheduling & cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled if notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the cost of session cannot be refunded to properly compensate the time in preparing your session. Sessions can be cancelled with a full refund if notified within 48 hours. In the case of an emergency, you can contact Adriana directly at mindfuldose@gmail.com and can select another date or request a full refund.

No shows or lateness of 10 minutes will forfeit your session and no refunds will be allotted. The reading will continue to take place at the designated time and date. You will receive the recording only.

session preparation

Please make sure you are fully available to the session date and time. In other words, we cannot have this session while you are driving (not safe!) or in the middle of your Aunt’s birthday party. Please respect the craft and the time Adriana needs to dedicate for you. Instead, make yourself comfortable away from any disturbances, and be ready to connect to the cosmos that lay within you.
